Regency Alliance Plc has announced the retirement of Mr Biyi Otegbeye as its managing director effective January 1, 2024.
In a statement, the insurance firm said that Otegbeye served for 30 years in the capacity of the Group Managing Director.
He has been succeeded Mr Bode Oseni.
Otegbeye described Oseni as “a marketer to the core”, who had a drive for high performance.
“Oseni joined Regency Alliance Insurance Plc in 2007 as a regional director, South-South and in 2008, his remarkable performance saw him become the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Regency Nem Insurance Limited, Ghana.
“Oseni was trained at the London School of Insurance and became an Associate at the Chartered Insurance Institute of London in 1989. In addition to having an LL. B from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, he also holds an MBA from the University of Lagos,” the firm noted.
