I did as you suggested, and did a redownload, and reinstalled my board, and now the custom sidebar block is showing

Ok Ips tech have uploaded a patch.
No Errors showing
But also no CSB showing either.

just uploading that patch wont work.. most of use already did the patch after we downloaded the pre-patch version of 3.1.3 the issue lays somewhere else. i didn't test to see exactly which file fixed it but they need to overwrite all your files with new ones to fix the issue. not just apply the patch.

yeah, I added a check to your file when I was playing with it, so it won't show the errors now. Once the problem actually is fixed, the blocks will show.

The patch has got rid of the errors at the top of the board but the Custom Side Bar Blocks do NOT show up when you have enabled the hook.
Ips tech want nothing to do with it they said refer to the modification author.

You lucky because it not remove my errors they still there and some tech telling me if he do a fresh install i loose members,post, and data dunno what hell he talking about all i need is the files over write

the patch didn't remove the errors, I had edited the hook on your site to remove the errors.

I edited it again with a temporary fix until 3.1.4 is released. It will work now, but it has an unnecessary query, so when 3.1.4 is released you should reimport the original customSidebarBlocks hook.

Here is the temp fix version, only those with the error who can't reupload the new version of 3.1.3 should reimport it:
