I changed the lottery description in a couple places so it changes after ticket sales are over, and formated the win amount in PMs and updated it to version 1.5. Uploaded it to IPS and installed here. :)

There is no Downloads here. I am waiting on someone to donate me $50 so I can buy it. For now it is available on IPS. :)
